The European Trophy final tournament Red Bulls Salute moves to Vienna and Bratislava. Eight new teams join. The competition will include 4 divisions of 8 teams.
For the first time since Red Bulls Salute became the European Trophy final tournament in 2010 it won't be played in Salzburg.
Vienna and Bratislava will host the event from December 13
th to December 16
th.
There will be eight new teams in the European Trophy next season. Four from Switzerland; SC Bern, ZSC Lions, HC Fribourg-Gottéron and EV Zug. Two new German teams will also join; ERC Ingolstadt and Hamburg Freezer. There will also be another Swedish team (Brynäs IF) and a Finnish (Jyp HT Jyväskylä)
