Kloten find a way out of their slump, Davos take lead in the stands and Rapperswil on a loosing streak.
HC Davos
With two wins against the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers and Lausanne HC, Davos has taken the lead in the NLA after the 7th round as the ZSC Lions lost to Servette on Saturday.
Kloten Flyers
With a win at home, the Flyers finally got rid of the loosing curse. Although Kloten was trailing Ambri-Piotta 2-0 after just 6 minutes, 3 unanswered goals in the second half of the game secured the Flyers 3 points.
EV Zug
A loss after a shoot out against Ambri-Piotta and a dominating 6-1 win over Fribourg at home put Zug on the 6th spot. Josh Holden with 3 points was an important part to the successful game. Off the ice, Reto Suri will decide where he'll ship his services for next season. Zug and Kloten seem to be in the race, he'll decide within the next week.
ZSC Lions
The Lions lost their first spot to Davos after a leaving points in Geneva. In addition, Zurich have played one game more but will play Fribourg tomorrow evening and get the chance to reclaim the 1st spot temporarily.
Rapperwil-Jona Lakers
Two losses this weekend mean that the Lakers find themselves on the second last spot, 2 points ahead of the Flyers. Although the Swedes are doing the work as asked for, it still doesn't seem enough to earn wins. At least they're on a good way, to not receive 200 goals in 50 games as they did last season.
HC Ambri-Piotta
One win after the shoot out against Zug and a loss to Kloten put the biancoblu in 8th spot but they're still off to a good start.
