Controversial personell decisions in Kloten

Club legend and long-time assistant coach Felix Hollenstein and sports manager Jürg Schawalder have to go
According to Swiss daily newspaper "Blick" Felix Hollenstein won't become new head coach of NLA's Kloten Flyers. Instead the club's U20 coach from the Elite Jr. A
Tomas Tamfal was given the job. His assistant is going to be fitness coach and former Kloten player Fredy Rothen.
Felix Hollenstein, who played for the Kloten Flyers during his whole playing career and who won four consecutive Swiss championsships with his team in the early 1990's, was expected to be promoted to the post as head coach after 28 succesful consecutive years in the same organization. Kloten's future CEO Wolfgang Schickli heavily critized the work of Hollenstein as assistant coach under Swede Anders Eldebrink.
Another victim of the new club owners is sports manager Jürg Schawalder who had a great relationship with the NLA players. He and Hollenstein were responsable for keeping the current team together despite several delays in payment and agreements the former management didn't hold, so that the team could be saved at least for the moment.
The new personell decisions led to a lot of anger among Kloten fans who feel this to be an unjustified step. All this comes at a point where the future of the club is still not 100 per cent certain and no chaos is needed.
