In the awards cerimony, champion team takes almost all

 
 
 
 
After the last game, finally champion Neman Grodno can receive the long awaited Continental Cup plate, given that Belarusian team was sure it  had won after the yesterday game against hots Penguins Bremerhaven. In a beautiful ceremony, IIHF chairman mr. Hans Dobida awarded the three first teams, Neman Grodno, Fischtown Penguins Bremerhaven and Angers Ducs, declared the individual awards and handed the trophy to the winners. Penguins fans were the real stars, chanting all the time, celebrating not only the home side but all the teams on ice, creating a nice atmosphere.

Neman Grodno dominated not only the tournament but also the individual awards, taking home the trophy for the best goalie - Maxim Samankov - and the best defender, captain Andrei Korshunov, perhaps also the best player of the tournament. Not to miss something more to celebrate, Directorate awarded Fischtown Penguins Tim Miller as the best forward.
