Matthew Lombardi and Florence Schelling captured the Swiss Golden Player Awards
For the first time a women wins the Golden Award
Geneve Servette forward Matthew Lombardi, top scorer of last NLA, won the Swiss Golden Player, while for the first time a woman was awarded with same prize: Bulach and Switzerland national team goalkeeper Florence Schelling captured the trophy for the outstanding performances at Sochi Winter Olympics, where she was named best goalie and tournament MVP. Champion ZSC Lions coach Marc Crawford was named Best Coach
Besides the best player, were elected the best goalie, the best defender, the best winger, the best center, the best young player, the best NLB player and the best coach.
