In addition to the confirmation of the number of foreign players, the clubs have discussed and agreed the new regulation on granting of permission to play in NLA and NLB.

As part of the regular meeting the NLA and NLB clubs discussed about various issues concerning the organization of the league. First the confirmation of the current regulations about foreign players for the upcoming season.

NLA: contingent of eight and four players allowed to play.

NLB: unlimited licences and players allowed to play.

Then the Swiss clubs worked on Licence clubs in National League. After several discussions, the clubs have agreed to approve a new rule. The main change is the introduction of new ways to evaluate the economic situation of clubs, combined with a self-declaration to the salaries, bonus, benefits and taxes three times a year. Now, the clubs will close their accounts and audit reports at April 30 and sent until mid-July, to be possible to decide early enough the authorization to participate in the league, with or without conditions.
