After three titles Zeytinburnu Istanbul wants to make history
One of the last championship to start, Turkish Super Lig began in the last weekend with eight teams to battle for the title, won in the last three seasons by Zeytinburnu Istanbul. Also in 2017-18 edition, the defending champions are the absolute favorite, with silver medalist Erzurum Büyükşehir Belediyesi trying to break the dominance of Zeytinburnu.
Two newly promoted teams - Buz Korsanlari Istanbul and Narmanspor Erzurum - signed some good players as Russian Konstantin Kuchkin form Zeytinburnu and Ukranian Aleksei Melnikov, also a national team member, and Evgeny Napnenko
