Olimb and Haug Hansen best in Norway

Mathis Olimb and Madelen Haug Hansen is awarded with Gullpucken as the best players in Norway.
Gullpucken (the Golden Puck) is awarded to the best Norwegian hockey player, both male and female. This year the award went to two players who both played in Swedish clubs.
The male award was given to Mathis Olimb who played in Frölunda in SHL last year and had a succesful year with 46 points in the league and he was also both top scorer and MVP of the Champions Hockey League. He recored eight assists for Norway in the World Championship. Next year he will play with Finnish club Jokerit in the KHL.
"I was very happy when Petter Salsten called me and told me that I had been awarded Gullpucken", Olimb told icing.no.

Madelen Haug Hansen who plays with Sweden's best club Linköping HC. She was 12th in scoring with 27 points in Riksserien.
