After speculations about the financial situation of Latvian club, Chairman Juris Savickis dispels doubts.
While the future of Gagarin Cup finalist LEV Prague seems already decided and the chances for the club to partecipate in next KHL are minimal, another team for which there have been rumors about non-partecipation in next Kontinental League clarified today the situation through a statement from Chairman Juris Savickis: although he admits the club is not in an ideal situation: "We are currently still working on the formation of the budget, but I can confirm that Dinamo will continue to play in the KHL next season. This to reassure all. I know that we only have 10 players under contract, but there are certain agreements. As for coaches, I know that assistant coach Viktors Ignatjevs have some offers, but we have yet to discuss this issue. Artis Ābols is likely to remain head coach"
