The Burabaj Palace, home of Arlan Kokshetau, was closed after the second fire since the re-opening in 2008.
The Akmola specialized inter-district economic court decided to close the Ice Palace Burabaj in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan, due to non-compliance with fire safety regulations
"According to the act that regulates building construction, were revealed violations of the norms of fire safety regulationss. This act can't be appeal" - stated the decision.The defendant admitted the claim.
"The operation of the facility will be suspended for a period of three months "- stated in the judgment. Court decision has not come into force.
Earlier it was reported that on May 28 at the Ice Palace there was a fire on the first floor of a sports complex in one of the room - a sauna. People present in the building were evacuated. Another fire caught in 2008 during the works for the re-opening of Palace
In August Kokshetau should host Kazakhstan Cup, along with Temirtau
