Skellefteå took a 2-0 lead in the final against Luleå after a 4-2 victory on away ice. Viktor Arvidsson scored one goal and added two assists.
Luleå's dream start with an early 1-0 by Linus Persson wasn't enough to win the game. Soon afterwards Luleå got a 5 on 3 and played well but failed to finish it off and instead Petter Emanuelsson tied it on a counter attack that didn't seem dangerous but Arvidsson found Emanuelsson who put his stick to the puck for 1-1.
And another counter attack a few minutes later gave Viktor Arvidsson a breakaway for a 2-1 lead. Arvidsson stole the puck on the defensive blue line, raced clear and beat Gustavsson with a deke. And things got worse for Luleå when a puck bounced the right way for Skellefteå and left Jimmie Ericsson an halfopen net for 3-1, Skellefteå's third goal in five minutes.
Six minutes into the second period the young guys did it for Skellefteå again, Arvidsson got the chance but his puck went along the goal line before Melker Karlsson put it in for 4-1.
Luleå got a chance to get into the game again with a power play and they took it even if Skellefteå was full strength when Linus Persson managed to get the puck in after a chaotic situation in front of goal.
Luleå needed two goals in the third period but was never really close, Skellefteå defended the lead well and had everything under control.
