Zürich get’s crushed at Biel

Biel 7 Zürich 0

The team of Kevin Schläpfer outclassed the the ZSC Lions 7:0. The last 0:7 goes back 22 years ago, Zürich was crashed by Kloten then. The defending champions left the game without resistance. The Lions disappointed at Biel as we didn't see in a long time for a team with a huge European caliber. In the second period they offered Biel four goals all with an incredible amateurism. Biel's goalie Berra came out on shape in the right moment of the season, second shot out(29 saves) in three games. Hat trick for former Rogle's captain Eric Beaudoin. 

Fribourg 4 Kloten 3

Fribourg scored after eight minutes and five shots goals already. The 40-year-old Ronnie Rueger began the game with a rate of 20%. 

What followed after the first break was not the same game. Kloten score back three times, showing that they are not dead, and the eight spot will be decided in last minute off 50th game. Today (Saturday) the opponent is Geneva for a do or die game to home team.

Davos 5 Bern 4

Young players from Bern, Bertschy and Scherwey gave a 2-0 advantage but home team wanted this game more. Swiss defense Beat Forster was the figure of this game helped by Dino Wieser that scored the winning goal at 59:26

Lugano 0 Ambri 4

Ambri-Piotta won this season 10 of a possible 16 points against Lugano and may even return to the 10th place that would give him ice advantage against the Lakers in play-outs.

Nolan Schaefer with 39 saves for the shutout was the figure of the game. Jason Williams scored his 25 th goal this season and equalizes NHL players Damien Brunner and Tyler Seguin on the top goals scored.
