At the eve of first day, the competition is transferred from Novi Sad to Beograd
At 24 hours from the begin of competition, Serbian Federation announced the U18 World Championship Division II B was moved from original venue of Novi Sad to Pionir Arena in Beograd due to technical problems with the ice of Novi Sad SPENS arena, impossible to solve before the begin of games.
Serbia, winner of bronze medal in last edition, will face Australia, promoted from Division III, Belgium, Iceland, the Netherlands, relegated from Division IIA last season and Spain from March 13 to 19 March
