Tonight the eight teams to the CHL quarterfinals were decided. On one side of the playoff tree we find four Finnish clubs while here are three Swedish and one Swiss on the other side.
The last Czech, German and Norwegian representatives were eliminated from the Champions Hockey League playoffs. Now only three countries are represented among the eight remaining clubs. Just like last season the competition is dominated by Finland and Sweden at the final stages but this time also the Swiss team Davos still remains.
The CHL quarterfinals will be played December 1 and 8.
