VHL announced the contenders for the title of the best players of the season 2013/14 based on the nominations made by coaches of every teams

Best goalkeeper: 

Sergei Magarilov - Molot Perm

Vladimir Sokhatsky  - Toros Neftekamsk

Denis Franskevich - Rubin Tyumen

Best Defender: 

Nils Backstrom - Rubin Tyumen

Sergei Karpov - Rubin Tyumen

Sabahudin Kovacevic - Sary-Arka Karaganda

Best Forward: 

Konstantin Makarov - Sary-Arka Karaganda

Evgeny Rymarev  - Kazzinc-Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk

Vyacheslav Ushenin - Molot Perm

Best Rookie: 

Timur Bilyalov - Yuznhy Ural Orsk

Dmitry Mikhailov - Ariada Volzhsk

Andrei Chibisov - Rubin Tyumen


Four coaches will battle for the title of best coach of the year in VHL: 

Alexander Gulyavtsev  - Molot Perm

Dusan Gregor - Sary-Arka Karaganda

Ruslan Suleymanov - Toros Neftekamsk

Mishkat Fakhrutdinov - Rubin Tyumen

Recal that Sary Arka forward Konstantin Makarov was named VHL playoffs MVP

Winners in each category will be announced at a gala evening, which will be held May 31, 2014 in Gelendzhik.
