Donbas coach Andrei Nazarov signs for two years as coach for Team Ukraine.

With this word Donbas Donets'k coach Andrei Nazarov officially assumed the charge of Ukraine National Team headcoach. He continuing working also as Donbas coach in KHL. Alexander Godynyuk, Sergei Viter and Konstantin Simchuk will be the assistants
"We signed a two-years contract with Nazarov with the right of renewal - explains President Anatoly Brezvin - "We chose mr. Nazarov not only do not only because a lot of national team players performing in Donbas . This is one of the reasons. We assumed that Andrei has extensive experience as player, played at the highest level. and has good experience of coaching. We are not worried about the issue of coaching a club and the national team. Nazarov's debut will be on 24-25 August in Donets'k, when Ukraine will face France. "I don't want to talk much about what we do and what want to do.
