Mikhail Grabovsky named Belarus Player of the Year

Toronto forward wins title for the third time. Dmitry Kravchenko awarded as best coach
29-year-old Toronto Maple Leafs and Belarus forward Mikhail Grabovsky was named Belarusian Player of the Year after the annual survey, conducted by sports newspaper Pressball among hockey experts and sports journalists.
Grabowski collected 287 points (65 first places, 37 second and 18 third), preceding, Traktor Chelyabinsk forward Andrei Kostitsyn (254 points) and Yunost Minsk goalie Vitaly Belinsky, (233 points), third after his debut with good performances in Stockholm at the World Championship.
This is the third reward for Grabowski, elected hockey player of the year in Belarus also n 2009 and 2011.
Champion Neman Grodno coach Dmitri Kravchenko was named Coach of the Year with 186 points.The second was Metallurg Zhlobin head coach Vasily Spiridonov, leading his team to the silver medal in the Continental Cup (116 points) and winner last season, the third was Dynamo Minsk' Alexander Andrievskiy (64 points). Dmitry Kravchenko won the title also in 2011, when led Neman to the silver medal.
