National League North 1 & 2 change structure
No more promotion/relegation and a new conference system for British 3rd division North
As for the coming 2013/14 season the National North 1 & 2 will be no more. Also gone will be the promotion between the two leagues. The teams have agreed at a recent meeting to change the setup of the North Leagues to a conference based system. The two new conferences will also abolish the promotion & relegation between the new conferences. The South 1 & 2 remain unchanged.
North Moralee Conference (Former North 1)
Billingham Stars, Blackburn Hawks, Sheffield Senators, Solway Sharks, Sutton Sting, Telford Titans, Trafford Metros, Whitley Warriors
North Laider Conference (Former North 2)
Blackburn Eagles, Coventry Blaze, Deeside Dragons, Hull Stingrays, Nottingham Lions, Sheffield Spartans, Solihull Barons, Widnes Wild
