Goals and assists
Fife Flyers ended their winless run in spectacular style, beating defending playoff champions Cardiff 5-1 in Kirkcaldy.
The damage was mostly done in the opening period by the Flyers, who led by two after 20 minutes. Former Devils Paul Crowder opened the scoring after only 58 seconds, followed by Kyle Just's powerplay at 7:08. Joey Haddad pulled one back for the Devils at 14:16, but it was another ex-Cardiff player in James Livingston who made it 3-1 at 17:35.
Crowder got goal four for the Flyers 1:42 before the end of the middle period, before completing a hat-trick against his former team at 49:09.
