Russia ready to develop Turkish hockey

Gazprom has announced a sponsorship deal with the Turkish Ice Hockey Federation.
The Turkish Ice Hockey Federation announced on its official website the signing of a sponsorship deal with by the General Director of Gazprom Export and KHL President Alexander Medvedev.
Gazprom has offered to invest in the development of Turkish ice hockey in order to establish a long-term cooperation between the KHL and the Turkish Federation. Gazprom will continue bilateral talks with Turkish partners until the end of June in Bodrum and in July, representatives of the TIHF will meet with the Medvedev in Russia to work out further details.
The cooperation involves training of Turkish coaches and significant financial investments in Turkish hockey, although it is still unknown the amount of these planned investments.
