Skellefteå AIK - Brynäs IF 4 - 1 (1-0, 2-1, 1-0)
Skellefteå got their fourth win in a row after 4-1 agaisnt Brynäs. The most spectacular goal was the first. Niclas Burström dumped the puck from the red line and Bernhard Starkbaum in the Brynäs net somehow fumbled it into the net for 1-0. Adam Brodecki tied the game at a minute played of the second period. Erik Forsell took Skellefteå back to the lead a minute later. Martin Sevc, who was +4 tonight, added the 3-1 goal and Andrew Calof scored an empty-netter for 4-1. Brynäs is im the eleventh place of the twelve teams while Skellefteå is second - only one point behind Luleå.
"I wanted to get the puck deep, and I did not know I had scored until the crowd started cheering," said Niklas Burström to C More after the first period.
Frölunda HC - MODO Hockey 3 - 2 (0-1, 1-0, 2-1)
Frölunda beat MODO in a game of high pace. MODO's Kyle Flanagan opened the scoring at 8:20 and Frölunda didn't tie it until 31 minutes when Mattias Janmark beat Linus Ullmark. Max Görtz and Artturi Lehkonen made it 2-1 and 3-1 for Frölunda before Janos Hari scored the second MODO goal 4:22 before the end. Frölunda (11 points) keeps in touch with Luleå (14) and Skellefteå (13) in the standings.

Örebro HK - HV 71 2 - 0 (0-0, 0-0, 2-0)
Anders Eriksson and Derek Ryan scored for the home team in the third period to secure a 2-0 win. Julius Hudacek in Örebro's net made 28 saves for his first SHL shutout for Örebro.
Djurgårdens IF - Färjestads BK 2 - 1 (0-0, 0-0, 1-1, 0-0, 1-0)
Färjestad's Linus Persson tied the game at one just three seconds before the end. Mattias Guter and Mikael Samuelsson then scored for Djurgården in the shutout while neither Milan Gulas nor Jakub Klepis managed to beat Mikael Tellqvust in Djurgården's net. Tellqvist had a phenomenal night with 45 saves. Mattias Guter scored Djurgården's first goal 1t 46:53 on a powerplay.
Leksands IF - Luleå HF 0 - 8 (0-2, 0-1, 0-5)
Leksand was embarrased by Luleå yesterday. The visitors scored five times in the last period for the final result 0-8. Daniel Zaar scored another three points and leads SHL in scoring. Joel Lassinantti in Luleå's net made 30 saves.
