Clubs from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan competes in an international tournament for the first time
For the first time the Ice Palace in Shymkent, Kazakhstan hosted an icehockey international tournament from 25 to 27 October 2013
Four teams took part in the competition: historic Enbek Almaty, once one of the best Kazakh team during Soviet era and now an amateur team, another amateur team from Almaty: Berkut, and for the first time a club from Uzbekistan Binokor Tashkent and Kyrgyzstan champion Dordoi Ala-Too Naryn
Enbek won the tournament with a perfect record, Berkut grabbed silver medal
