French and German Federations presented 2017 logo during Deutschland Cup
The official logo of the 2017 World Championship was presented Saturday evening in Munich as part of the Deutschland Cup, on the sidelines of the meeting between Germany and Switzerland.
Uwe Harnos and Luc Tardif, Presidents of the German and French federations, as well as Franz Reindl and Eric Ropert, Managing Directors of two national bodies, have unveiled the main emblem of the competition.
Graphically, the two host countries are evoked through the shield in the colors of France and the presence of a goalkeeper in the colors of Germany, a tribute to former international Robert Müller died in 2009.In the textual basis of the logo created by Roy Wedeman, there are also the names of two neighboring countries, as well as that of the two host cities, Koln and Paris.
