Dynamo Kharkiv and Levy L'Viv partecipation is still uncertain. New clubs can enter
The PHL had another meeting and five clubs have confirmed they will take part in the 13/14 season, Sokil Kyiv, Vinnytsia Patriot, Haydamaky Vinnytsia, Bilyỹ Bars Bila Tserkva and Kompanion-Naftogaz Kyiv. Dynamo Kharkiv never sent anybody to the meeting but continue to say they are working on trying to play this season, Levy L'viv doesn't know its future and Berkut was at the meeting but hold their position that they wont be taking part in the season. Both Kharkiv and L'viv have to report this month. The league is should begin in the second half of September.
The club from Ivano-Frankivsk is still open for question but a club from Luhansk is likely when they complete their arena in September (probably not this season but the next), the league also is watching Druzhkivka and Sevastopol. As for player rules, should be the same as last year with 10 foreign players, unknown is the youth rules but should be 5 players under 23 and 2 of them under 20 with a Ukrainian goalkeeper.
The next CEO of the league should be announced within a month and the next meeting of the league will take place 26.July.
