Goals and assists
Nottingham Panthers started their league campaign win a road win in Guildford.
The Flames opened their season in the perfect way, Calle Ackered giving them the lead after just 6:33.
However the Panthers responded with a breakaway goal as Georgs Golovkovs set up William Quist for the nice finish, while a Janson DeSantis shot through a screen then put the Panthers ahead at 31:21. After skating from his own zone to the offensive zone face-off, a speculative Jens Jakobs effort snuck through Travis Fullerton to give the Panthers a 3-1 win.
