After a very close season Belfast Giants (EIHL) claimed the league title on the final day of the season.

Belfast Giants claimed their fourth EIHL title on Sunday, their first since 2013-2014 when their close rivals Cardiff Devils failed to win their remaining game.
This meant that although they level on points but Belfast with 92 points won by virtue of the fact that they had more regulation wins throughout the season.
Unsurprisingly, their leading forward Darcy Murphy topped the EIHL standings with 79 points(39+40), two of their other forwards , Kyle Baun and captain Blair Riley were also among the top scorers in the league.
Their netminder, Tyler Beskorowany came top of those standings with a 92.10 save percentage.
