Växjö Lakers won the home game against Frölunda to tie the semi final series of SHL. Tuomas Kiiskinen scored the winner at 104 minutes. In the other series Skellefteå has a 2-0 lead over Linköping after two comfortable wins.
Växjö Lakers HC - Frölunda HC 2 - 1 (1-1, 0-0, 0-0, 0-0, 0-0, 1-0)
In the sixth period Växjö finally won this marathon game 2-1 to tie the series. Tuomas Kiiskinen was lucky to get the winner. His shot from the right wing touched defending players and left Lars Johansson in the net with no chance. Nick Johnson scored 1-0 at 11:13 and Anton Blidh tied it with Frölunda's only goal of the night at 16:34. After that followed almost 90 minutes without a goal.
Linköping HC - Skellefteå AIK 2 - 7 (1-3, 0-3, 1-1)
Erik Forssell scored three goals when Skellefteå embarrassed Linköping with a 7-2 win. Skellefteå also won the first game 5-2 and now Linköping needs to find the play they had in the semi finals agains HV 71 to have a chance.
