11 May 2014 | Alan Ilijic
Three powerplay tallies and a penalty shot assured Norway came out strong against their Scandinavian opponents Denmark. The Danes face their second defeat, while Norway are off to a wonderful start.
Jonas
Holos picked up two points, a goal and an assist while totalling 34:53 ice-time

late score to get close, but Norway managed to keep the lead and take the 4:3
win.
An
explosive start by the Danes and a shaky one for Norway lifted Denmark to a 2:0
lead - Morten Poulsen had taken advantage of a powerplay at 2:35 and Frederik
Storm extended the margin just 20 seconds later.
Jonas
Holos got Norway going on the powerplay at 6:30 to get them back into the game.
Until the end they were riding a hot powerplay.

Andre Olimb and Mats Trygg had added powerplay tallies, while Per-Age Skroder
converted a penalty shot.
Late
in the third Jannik Hansen converted on Henrik Odegaard's penalty to get
Denmark close.
