The U18 World Championship Division 1A game between Denmark and France will be a memory for life for Denmark's goalie Georg Sørensen. With 25 seconds left of the the game he scored 5-1 when he lifted the puck from behind his own net and into the open French net.

With that goal he became the second ever goalie to score at an IIHF event after Russia's Anton Khudobin who made it in 2004.

The tournament seems to a contest between Norway, Denmark and hosts Italy. Norway tops the standings with a perfect record before Denmark who have five points after a shootout win against Belarus. Italy won their first game and is looking good to keep their perfect record as they currenltly have a 2-0 lead against Belarus.
