Team Sweden scores 4 goals in the third to close all Finland chances for a win.

The semi-final game day began with a Nordic game. Finland started the match with more pressure and they got PP chance when the Swedes came to the ice with 6 players. Artturi Lehkonen fought till the end in goalie crease and opened the scoring with 19 seconds realization of PP. Swedes main stars Filip Forsberg and Sebastian Collberg got penalties during the first period and Collberg even got 2+10 for checking against the head. But these penalties were killed well by  the Swedes. At 17th minute Gustav Possler made a pass from behind the net to Jacob de la Rose who tied the game with a nice wrist shot under the crossbar.

The next period started great for Sweden when they scored twice with nice shots from Gustav Possler and Erik Karlsson. But Finland made a comeback with two shots from the long range. First Artturi Lehkonen fired from the blue line, then Rasmus Ristolainen scored a PP goal. Both coaches used their timeouts after 2 goals of their opposite team.

The next period was the best for team Sweden in this tournament as Jakob de la Rose said after the game. The Swedish team scored 4 goals. Pettersson, Forsberg and Collberg twice ended the game with a 7-3 score.

“We played well for two periods and started well into the third period, but the last 15 minutes became the worst for our team at this tournament,” said Lehkonen after the game.

Final game will be holding on Sunday where Sweden will face the USA which won against Canada.
