Game recap
Belfast Giants got their second win of the week against Glasgow Clan with an impressive 5-1 victory at the SSE Arena on Friday night, extending their lead in the table to four points.
The Giants were in control through 20 minutes of the game thanks to two goals from Scott Conway at 6:12 and 17:53 in a first period that they dominated for long stretches.
Mark Cooper made it 3-0 just 2:43 into period two, and then extended the lead out to four some 11 minutes later.
Braylon Shmyr pulled a goal back for Clan with 2:32 left in the period, but Lew Hook rounded off the win with 2:02 to play.
