Atlant lost the first three final games to Salavat but with the win today the series is still alive.

Salavat had a chance to win the KHL Championship today but Atlant took the last chance to get closer to the gold medals.

The game was scoreless until 25:27 when Igor Musatov beat Erik Ersberg in Salavt's net. Jan Marek made it 2-0 five minutes later.

The third period was also won 2-0 by the home team. Dmitri Upper scored 3-0 and Ilya Gorokhov 4-0.

Konstantin Barulin had a great day in the Atlant net with 30 saves. His second shut-out of the play-offs.

Next game is played in Ufa on Saturday.
