A guy who is used to big goals this spring, Adam Henrique, scored a game winner when New Jersey Devils beat LA Kings by 3-1 and postponed the Stanley Cup celebration.

The Stanley Cup was in the building, bars of the LA were ready and so were the fans but the Devils had another kind of opinion. Series is now 3-1 for the Kings and they will have their next match ball on coming Saturday when the series moves back to Newark, New Jersey.

This year's Devils is a tough and never giving up team. On the other hand who would give up in Stanley Cup finals once you get there. So long there is time there is hope and also bigger miracles than coming from 3-0 behind has happened in the world of sports.

Fourth game followed more or less same script as three earlier games. Tight defense, great goaltending and few scoring chances. This time though Kings' scoring was poor and also the puck bounced more for the Devils while Kings had better scoring chances and for example hitting the post twice. Patrick Elias opened the scoring eight minutes into the third period. Drew Doughty equalized for LA only one minute later on power play when David Clarkson was penalized for a very mild boarding. Staples Center woke up and chanted "we want the cup" and Kings' pressure brought them some chances. Closest one came when Martin Brodeur tried to clear the puck but hit Dustin Brown's stick and knee and the puck bounced only centimeters wide of the goal. Also Dustin Penner had a great chance. Then only four and a half minutes remaining of the regular time Kings lost the puck in neutral zone, David Clarkson passed it to the left side for Henrique whose sharp wrist shot went past Jonathan Quick. At the end Ilja Kovalchuk opened his scoring in the finals netting one into an empty net.

The finals will continue on Saturday when New Jersey certainly with a big energy boost will try to solve the next matchball. Kings will have three days to gather themselves back mentally and give it another shot for clinching the cup.
