Sweden secured the bronze medal in a thrilling match against Canada, winning 4-2. Carl Grundström opened the scoring for Sweden at 12:05 in the first period. Dylan Cozens equalized for Canada in the second period, followed by Pierre-Luc Dubois giving Canada a brief lead early in the third. However, Sweden responded strongly with goals from Erik Karlsson and a second from Grundström. Marcus Johansson sealed the victory with an empty-net goal in the final seconds.
Sweden's comeback in the third period and solid goaltending from Filip Gustavsson were pivotal in their bronze medal win.
