Both teams were good in the second period but Russia-2 succeeded in the third period.

Pestushko, Gluhov, Glinkin and Panarin scored in the third period. Russia-2 outshot Belarus too – 17-9 in the third period and 37-31 of the whole match. Belarusian players had 28 penalty minutes, Russia-2 – 16.

Kari Heikkila (Belarus): "We took a big step forward after the match with Slovenia yesterday. We played as a team today – and it is really good. I like the first and the second period most"
