Finland won all three games in the Czech Euro Hockey Tour tournament and shows good form for the upcoming World Championship. Sweden on the other hand shows bad form and lost their fifth straight game.

Finland only had 18 shots on goal against Sweden but still managed to make four goals on Sweden. Jussi Jokinen made it for Finland already after 1:28 on a power play. Finland also got a golden chance to make it 2-0 just seconds later but missed it.

2-0 came in the second period when Ville Peltonen beat Jhonas Enroth with an easy shot that Enroth should have saved. The second period was Finland's best of the game but the goal was the only of the period.

Patrik Zackrisson scored Sweden only goal of the game 4:42 into the third. But Swedish mistakes four minutes later gave Tuomas Kiiskinen a chance and he made it 3-1. In the last minute Janne Pesonen made the final score 4-1 on the empty net.
