A good weekend for the Glasgow Clan was capped off with a win in Milton Keynes to take five points from their three games since Friday.

The league’s basement side Lightning were however leading after 20 minutes thanks to Radek Meidl. However in just over seven second period minutes the Clan had turned the game around thanks to Guillaume Doucet at 26:12 and Gerard Hanson 27:03. With 48 seconds left in the period Doucet added another to put the Clan 3-1 ahead after 40 minutes.

David Norris struck at 48:07 to pull the Lightning back to within one, but it was to no avail as Hanson found the empty net with 30 seconds remaining to seal the 4-2 win for Glasgow.
