Blades vs. Anyang Halla in the Asia League finals

Tohoku Free Blades beat Nippon Paper Cranes in the fifth game to win the Semi Final series 3-2. In the finals the Japanese team will face Korea´s Anyang Halla who eliminated Oji Eagles (3-1).
Anyang Halla was the first team to qualify for the Asia League finals when they managed to beat the regular season winner Oji Eagles 3-1.
Anyang started with three away games of which they won the first two
4-3 and
2-1. Oji won game 3
3-2, but Anyang Halla secured the series win with a
5-4 victory in their only home game.
Tohoku Free Blades needed five games to knock out Nippon Paper Cranes (
7-3,
2-6,
1-2,
4-1,
4-1).
The finals start on the 11th. Blades will begin with three home games.
