Kazakhstan Cup calendar unveiled
The calendar for the 2024 Kazakhstan Cup was unveiled: the competition willstart on August 22, with the 11 clubs partecipants splitted in two Groups, held in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Karaganda. The first two of each group advance to semifinals, played, as the final, in Ust-Kamenogorsk
In the Group A, held in Ust-Kamenogorsk, will play the current champion Arlan Kokshetau, HK Aktobe, host Torpedo, Beibarys Atyrau, Kulager Petropavlovsk and Almaty.
The Group B in Karaganda will feature Continental Cup champion Nomad Astana, Saryarka, Cup holder Humo Tashkent, Gornyak Rudny and Ertis Pavlodar.

A team from Uzbekistan will compete (again) in Kazakhstan League in the upcoming season: Humo Tashkent is back after two-seasons hiatus. In 2019-20 season Humo played in Russian VHL and in Kazakhstan League with a farm team
