Round robin with a final playoff with simple rules:
the three teams will pley one more round (one match against the other)
the regular season first have home advantage against both opponents
the second have home advantage against the regular season third
Debreceni wins Hungarian Second League title
By beating Tisza Volan 6-4 in last playoffs round game, HK Debreceni won Hungarian Second League title. Debreceni forward László Jonkl finished as League top scorer with 19 points (9+10), one more then teammate and Debreceni player-coach Joszef Gyorgy.
This is the team's third consecutive title.
