Jihlava has won the domestic league 12 times, including 6 straight titles between 1967 and 1972 and another four between 1982 and 1985. The fall of communism in 1989 has brought a slow decline, the last title coming in 1991. Eight years later, Dukla was relegated from Extraliga. Although the club put together a little miracle to come back to the top division in 2004, it was only for one season and since 2005 Jihlava is in 1.liga again.
