Two-division setup with seven teams in each. Reston Rockets, Deloraine Royals, Hartney Blues, Souris Elks, Wawanesa Jets, Boissevain Border Kings and Melita Bisons in one division, while the Carberry Plainsmen, Cartwright Clippers, Glenboro Nordics, Neepawa Farmers, Pilot Mound Pilots, Swan Lake Cougars and Killarney Shamrocks will make up the other division.
The regular season consists of 19 games, will have each team playing a home and a road game against division opponents and one game against the other division. There is no cross-divisional play in the regular season and playoffs until the championship final.
