Junior section of Podhale Nowy Targ. From 2010 to 2015, after the closure of original Podhale Nowy Targ, the rights to compete in Extraliga and Polish Cup were transferred to MMKS. In 2015 a new senior club was formed and MMKS is back to junior activities. In 2017-18 season competes as U20 team in Polish I Liga
