Hawks played in the Greater Metro Junior 'A' Hockey League from 2007 until 2014. The Hawks originated as the Douro Dukes of Douro, Ontario in 2007. From 2008 until 2014, the team was known as the Bucks from Beaverton, Ontario and later Bobcaygeon, Ontario.
