Timrå won their first win in regular time. Luleå scored the only goal away to AIK. HV71 won big against MoDo and Färjestad are now in last place.

 
 
 
 
Timrå - Linköping 4-2

Timrå took their first three pointer of the season when they made their best performance of the season so far and defeated second placed Linköping at home. Timrå seemed to have the stronger will in this game where Timo Pärssinen scored two goals and one assist for the home team. Timrå also scored two power play goals after only scoring one power play goal in the first five games.

AIK - Luleå 0-1

Luleå continue with their great defense from last season and David Rautio had a quite easy shutout away to AIK. Johan Harju scored the only goal of the game halfway through the first period. Luleå is now in third place.

HV71 - MoDo 6-1

HV 71 started the season bad but now have four straight wins. MoDo took the lead today but HV71 turned things around with three late goals in the first period. MoDo was weak when they had their chances and are still waiting for their first power play goal of the season. Johan Davidsson had four assists and Jukka Voutilainen two goals and one assist for HV71.

Färjestad - Djurgården 2-3 SO

Färjestad won the championship last year, this year has started bad very bad and had only scored seven goals in the first five games. Today Hannes Hyvönen made his first game after returning to the club and he scored in his first game, 1-1 in the third period. But Djurgården took the lead late and were going for the win but a late own goal by Djurgården took the game to overtime and penalty shoot out. There Djurgården was the stronger team and won. Färjestad are now in last place
