First KHL win for HC LEV Poprad

HC LEV beat HC Dinamo Riga 2-0 in Arena Riga to win its first KHL win ever. Vadim Schipachev scored three goals for Severstal to lead the KHL in scoring.

Rastislav Spirko scored in the second period and Vaclav Nedorost in the third when HC LEV won in KHL for the first time. Tomas Duba in the net recorded the first ever shutout for the team with his 25 saves. Riga and LEV both have 4 points now to share the last spot in the Bobrov Division.
