CHL - Frölunda took a comfortable win

Frölunda HC took a comfortable win, 9-1, in yesterdays game against Sheffield Steelers. After a slow start by the swedes, Frölunda increased the gameplay and showed their strength.

 
 
 
 

Last years finalists Frölunda HC didn't have any problem winning against Sheffield Steelers, in their first game of 2015/16 Champions Hockey League. But it was a slow start from the swedes as they after two thirds of the game, only had 2-0. 

2 732 in the attendance got to see Frölunda increase their gameplay and with seven goals in the third period, Frölunda show their strength. Henrik Tömmernäs, defenseman Frölunda had a great evening, as he scored his first hattrick in his career. Colton Fretter, Sheffield Steelers scored on a penalty shot, after have been pulled down by Oliver Lauridsen. 

Frölunda was to big for Sheffield this evening, but the team from Great Britain didn't gave up. At few of the times they paid a visit in the offensive zone, they created some opportunities. Though Sheffield played well, Frölunda dominated the game from the start and in the last period of play, they got their play together.
