Erik Ersberg earned a shut-out when Salavat Yulaev Ufa beat Metallurg Magnitogorsk 4-0 to take a 2-0 lead in the KHL semi finals.

Kirill Koltsov and Oleg Saprykin scored in the first period. Sergei Zinoviev in the second and Andrei Kuteikin in the third when Salavat won 4-0 in the second of seven KHL semi finals. Swedish goalkeeper Erik Ersberg made 27 saves to earn his second shut-out of the playoffs.
