Växjö Lakers HC - Örebro HK 2 - 0 (0-0, 2-0, 0-0) Series 3-2
Just like in the last home game the Växjö keeper Cristopher Nihlstorp earned a shutout. Tonight he made 24 saves. Both goals were scored in the second period. After only 18 seconds Jani Lajunen scored 1-0 and five minutes later another Finnish player, Teemu Laakso, made it 2-0. The series continues in Örebro on Monday.

Linköping HC - HV 71 3 - 2 (1-1, 1-1, 1-0) Series 3-2
In this series all games are close. Tonight Linköping got the win after Mattias Sjögren stole the puck and fed it to the Danish forward Nichlas Hardt who beat Gustaf Wesslau at 51:37 for 3-2. Linköping had the lead twice before but HV couldn't tie it a third time. Game six will be played in Jönköping on Monday.

Frölunda HC - Luleå HF 3 - 2 (0-0, 2-2, 0-0, 1-0) Series 2-3
Luleå had a 3-1 lead after four games and could have killed the series last night. But this time it was Frölunda's turn. The teams scored two goals each in the second period and then overtime was needed to separate the teams. The OT period didn't last very long. Mats Rosseli Olsen needed only nine seconds to decide the game.

Skellefteå already secured a semi final spot after beating Brynäs 4-0.
