Miroslav Hlinka found dead

The former Slovakian national team player found dead in hotel room at the age of 42.
Miroslav Hlinka played four World Championships with Slovakia. He played many years in both the Czech and Slovak leagues and also made two years in Sweden with MoDo and one in Finland with Jokerit.
Being 42 years old Hlinka played in the Slovak 1. Liga as late as last season but this season he was assistant coach for HC 05 Banska Bystrica.
The club writes on it's website "It is with great sorrow that we announce that today September 14 a former great player has passed away. Miroslav Hlinka, with many games played and now as assistant coach for HC 05 Banska Bystrica. HC 05 express our sincere condolences to all relatives. Honor his memory!"
